                     Three Turns of Kaleidoscope: 

Description:  Are you always working hard helping others and somehow it backfires? You may end up being yelled at, or resenting the person you were helping?  Are you too often critical, finding fault, or often unpleasant with those you love?  Do you watch helplessly while they slowly become like a stranger to you OR you become a stranger to yourself?

In our personal work lives, we often experience pain that is coupled with helplessness.  We begin to think we are at the mercy of someone else's choices, directions, and commands.   Most of the time we unconsciously react to life from a position of victim-hood. When we refuse to take responsibility for ourselves, we are opting to play the victim. We then feel like a victim, taking pity on ourselves, and sometimes feeling helpless. These patterns of behaviors can keep us feeling helpless and hopeless. 

Healing begins in this workshop when we examine the different roles of "victim-hood" as a dead-end triangular relationship with ourselves and with others. Then, a transformational process helps us out of this "going-no-where" triangle and into healthier and healing ways of relating.  This transformation culminates in new healing state of Compassion, Wisdom, and Higher Purpose.  In addition, this workshop includes healing "techniques" using the sacred geometric principles of triangles.

Healing the Victim Within

Participants will:
*Describe the Drama Dance (also known as the Karpman*** Drama triangle (victim, rescuer, persecutor) and contrast with the natural healthy state (playful, innocent, capable, vulnerable powerful and needy);

*  Identify 3 ways Drama Dance adversely affects personal and work life;

*  Demonstrate specific energetic healing techniques, sacred geometry and cognitive interventions for moving out of the Drama Dance and into healthy ways of relating to self and other.

*  The Natural Healthy State and the Drama Dance.

*  Basics Principles of the number three and of triangles, particularly from the perspective of spirituality and sacred geometry.

*  Healing triangular approaches to foster healthy trust, emotions, thoughts and spirit in relationship to the major human energy centers.

*  Transformational Qualities for moving out of highly dramatic and into healthy ways of relating.

*   Healing Meditations that enhance the Transformational Qualities

*** Stephen Karpman, a teacher of Transactional Analysis coined the term, "Drama Triangle".   According to Karpman, victim-hood consists of three positions or roles: Persecutor, Rescuer and Victim.  He placed these three positions on an upside-down triangle, representing the three faces of victim.
